Steven M. MacNamara, CFA
Founder/Managing Member/Chief Investment Officer

Steven has over 20 years of experience in the investment management industry. He spent the first part of his investment career as a research analyst with leading financial services firms headquartered on the West Coast. For several years he analyzed and published differentiated investment research on a multitude of industries with a primary emphasis on electric utilities, telecom services, and real estate investment trusts (REITs). Over this period he developed several highly novel security valuation methodologies that utilize relative dividend yield and other forms of discounted free cash flow analysis.

Since the early 1990's, he has functioned as a multi-disciplinary portfolio manager serving a clientele that has included billion dollar global financial institutions, Fortune 100 business executives, leading Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, high profile members of the Hollywood creative community, and many of the world's greatest athletes. He specializes in a low volatility Growth & Income style of multi-strategy investment management which has been perfected over the last two decades of successful implementation.

Steven graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree (BSBA) majoring in Finance. He earned his Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. In addition, Steven holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA) conferred by the CFA Institute.
